Molding Suggestion:

1. Putting the mould into the machine, the inner part of the mould slider should be cleaned and scrubbed before mass production, otherwise, the product is too light and will stick to the mould's remaining oil.
2. The mould ejects twice to drop automatically. The product is too light and easily adsorbed on the mould surface. While mould ejecting, the air pipe blows the products at the same time. It is recommended to install a mould infrared monitor on the machine. If the product is not dropped or adsorbed on a corner of the mould, it will automatically stop and alarm, so as to protect the safe production of the mould.

Design and Specifications

1. Start with a detailed design of the tile leveler. Consider dimensions, shape, and features like slots or locking mechanisms.

2. Create a precise 3D mould design, ensuring all dimensions are accurate.

Choose the right type of steel for the mold based on the expected production volume and type of plastic used. Common choices include P20, H13, S136, or 718H steel for durability and heat resistance.
