How To Make A Good Plastic Ball Bearing Mould?

Establishing a routine for regular inspection of wear, especially on ejector pins and sealing surfaces, will ensure the moulds remain in optimal condition.

Design and Specifications

1. Start with a detailed design of the tile leveler. Consider dimensions, shape, and features like slots or locking mechanisms.

2. Create a precise 3D mould design, ensuring all dimensions are accurate.
Material Selection

Choose the right type of steel for the mold based on the expected production volume and type of plastic used. Common choices include P20, H13, S136, or 718H steel for durability and heat resistance.
Mold Components

1. Design the mould with two halves: the cavity (for shaping the tile leveler) and the core (for any internal features).
